1. About the service
iStudyBytes provides educational learning resources, including notes, presentations, videos and chapter tests. Content may be released progressively and the availability of individual resources may change as the course library is developed.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account or use another person’s account without permission. We may restrict or suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorised sharing or violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases and payment
Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed for future purchases. A purchase is completed only after successful payment confirmation. Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. We do not request or store your payment PIN, CVV or banking password.
5. Course access
After successful payment verification, eligible the purchased course or resource-bundle access is linked to the purchasing account. Access is intended for the individual account holder and may not be resold, transferred or shared. “Lifetime access” means access for the operational lifetime of the purchased course/service, subject to these Terms and applicable law; it does not guarantee that a particular website, server or third-party service will operate forever.
6. Educational content
Our resources are intended to support learning and examination preparation. They are not a guarantee of any particular examination result, rank, marks or admission outcome. We may correct, update, reorganise or expand content when necessary.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, iStudyBytes content, branding, page design and original educational materials are owned by or licensed to iStudyBytes. You may use purchased resources for your personal educational use. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, redistribute, upload publicly, or commercially exploit paid resources without written permission, except where a legal right cannot be excluded.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or systematically copy protected resources, interfere with the website or payment systems, use another user’s credentials, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Digital course and resource-bundle purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in that policy limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.
