This policy applies to purchases of digital courses and educational resource bundles made through iStudyBytes.
1. Digital purchases
Because course and resource-bundle access is a digital service, a refund is generally not available once payment has been successfully completed and course access has been granted or made available to the purchasing account.
2. Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited from your payment method but the iStudyBytes order does not complete, please contact us with the transaction details. We will investigate the payment status and, where appropriate, coordinate resolution through the payment provider.
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us promptly. After verification, the duplicate transaction will be reviewed for refund or reversal as applicable.
3. Technical access problems
If you have paid successfully but cannot access the purchased course because of a technical problem on our side, contact us. We will first attempt to restore access or otherwise resolve the issue. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate remedy may be considered.
4. Cancellation
An order cannot normally be cancelled after successful payment and delivery of digital access. Before purchasing, please review the course description, price and included resources carefully.
5. How to request help
Email hello@istudybytes.com with the account email, order ID, payment ID if available, date of transaction and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords, UPI PINs, CVVs or other banking credentials.
6. Processing
Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider and the original payment method. We will provide relevant information about the status of the request.
7. Consumer rights
This policy is not intended to exclude or restrict any consumer protection or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation or another remedy, that law will apply.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our products, payment process or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
